PGPM-100N

The horizontal press for packing scrap metal PGPM - 100N, effort 100 thousands is intended for packing of a superficial steel waste and a breakage with strength to 50 kg/mm2 and thickness to 3 mm in the packages that convenient for transportation and a resmelting. The press is stationary machine which can be used for packing of a waste and a scrap of nonferrous metals, and also other lamellar materials. A scope - the machine-building, metalcutting and specialised enterprises for processing of secondary materials.

The technical characteristics of press

The press represents a horizontal welded construction, that installs on an flat concrete floor without fastening. The basic part of a press is the pressing chamber. On the pressing chamber moves slider. Movement of the slider is carried out by means of two hydrocylinders. In the top part of the pressing chamber there is a loading window. Over a loading window of the chamber the cover which is closed by means of the hydrocylinder that established on the transverse of a press. The cover is intended for closing of the pressing chamber and pieces surplus of a scrap. There is a door in a press fore-part. Opening and closing door is carried out by means of the hydrocylinder. At loading of a scrap the door is in the closed condition. Arms which are base for fastening of an oil tank are welded on a back part of a press. In a back part of a press the hydroequipment is placed. Packing of scrap occurs in an operating mode "handmade".
